What can I expect from my visit to Sorella?

Your experience will begin with a one-on-one consultation, so that we can understand your goals and exceed your expectations. By teaching appropriate techniques and product knowledge, we make it easy for our guests to recreate their look at home. Our team is dedicated to service and value. All of our licensed stylists sincerely enjoy what they do, and it is reflected in the loyalty of our guests. We promise individual attention and great value for all of our guests.

 

When should I arrive to my appointment?  

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to our availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service.

 

What happens if I must cancel my appointment? 

We ask that all cancellations are made 24 hours in advance, so that we may accommodate guests on our waiting list. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.

 

Should I tip my stylist?

Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated. Suggestions are always welcome.

 

What should I do if I am not 100% satisfied with my look?

Each service provider has their own unique talents and strengths that complement the Sorella team. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us and allow us the opportunity to work through the issue with you. We will do our best to get you back in the studio within 24hrs with the same service provider at no additional cost. We want you to be a raving fan. We operate on a performance based level system that reflects the demand on the stylist’s time. If you are dissatisfied with a lower level’s service and want a higher level stylist to resolve the issue, you will be asked to pay the difference in the level of pricing.

 

What is the service level system?

Our Level System reflects the demand on the stylist time and the amount of education he/she has invested in.

What is the Associate Program?

Sorella Hair Studio is a Summit Salon and uses a level system to be able to provide the ultimate salon experience within an affordable pricing structure. Once a stylist has graduated cosmetology school, they go into our associate program. Associates work one on one with an educator to learn advanced techniques and refine their skills. While in our associate program, new stylists will have opportunity days taking “Request Only” guest for a discounted price.

 

Does your salon offer continued education?

We provide our team with education from some of the top educators in the industry, as well as providing them with the opportunity to study at academies around the world. Sorella Hair Studio believes that continuing education not only enhances skill, it feeds our team with the inspiration they need to be of extraordinary quality! Being an Elite Redken and Pureology salon, our stylists receives advanced training on current trends, allowing Sorella Hair Studio to offer the best hair artists in Athens, GA.

 

What product lines do you carry?

We are proud to carry Redken, Pureology, Olaplex and Pulp Riot.

 

Can I return my product?

Sorella Hair Studio stands behind all products purchased in our salon company. We will apply the full value of the returned product to another product of choice. No refunds will be given.
